Attachments tab

With attachments, Conigma CCM manages additional information on changes as single-point-of-information.

Two types of attachments can be managed:

• Data files

• Links

Using the two buttons Load file and Add link, you can either load local files into the SAP database of the central system or add links to external document management systems. 

In addition, it is also possible to categorize according to freely customizable categories, as well as rule-based mandatory assignment of attachments. A typical use of this function is the mandatory assignment of a technical specification before a change is transferred to the development.

The following figure shows three example categories for attachments:

• UML diagram with attached MS Visio document

• functional request as a Word document and additionally as a link to an underlying ticket in the customer's service portal

• Document for integrated risk assessment as SharePoint link
