Assigning a Transport Request to a Change
In Conigma CCM you define in which status it is possible to assign transport requests (Workbench, Customizing) to a Change. To create a link, open the context menu of the Change and choose "Add" to create the desired link.
The following actions can be performed for a manual link.
New transport request - creates a new transport and links it to the Change
Existing transport request - an existing transport can be selected and linked via a search dialog
Existing transport requests - mass maintenance: Using a search dialog, existing transports can be maintained and linked in a list
External transport request - an external transport can be selected and linked via a search dialog
It is also possible to automatically create transports for a process step change of the Change (e.g. transition from "New" to "In development") and assign them to the Change.
To add a task to a transport, select it and a task can be added via the context menu of the transport.
The following actions can be performed for creation.
Add own task - creates a new task and links it to the transport
Add task - a task can be created for another person under this transport
