In this video I show an example for Conigma Connect’s superior capabilities about complex integration flows. This fits to the ServiceNow – SAP Cloud ALM example in the last video. Here, a user story should not be created in SAP Cloud ALM until a corresponding task is created for that solution. Conigma Connect first checks whether an SAP Cloud ALM user story exists for the superordinate ServiceNow object before creating a task on the other side. If not, a user story is created first. Only then, the corresponding SAP Cloud ALM task is created linked to this user story. These kinds of integration flows easily might be customized with nearly no effort for any integration like SAP Solution Manager ChaRM or Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager.
