DSAG-Technologietage: How Boehringer Ingelheim solves Toolchain Integration for SAP® solutions

Munich / Mannheim, March 2, 2023 – The Galileo Group AG, a leading German software provider for turnkey integrations for IT Factories and for release, change and transport management for SAP® solutions, is actively participating in the DSAG-Technologietage 2023. The second largest DSAG event will take place under the motto "Work in progress" on 22 and 23 March 2023 at the Congress Center Rosengarten Mannheim.

Sascha Dörner, Head of SAP Cross Application at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH, Jens Thinnes, System Lead ALM at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH, and Malte Klassen, CEO of Galileo Group AG, will speak in the DSAG working group "SAP DevOps @ Boehringer Ingelheim". They will give an experience report on the challenges and benefits of the toolchain integration for SAP solutions for ServiceNow, Jira and change request management with SAP Solution Manager. The three experts will present Boehringer Ingelheim's DevOps approach as well as the challenges that distributed tools from SAP and third-party providers can lead to and how Boehringer Ingelheim has solved this. The presentation will take place on 22 March 2023 at 1 pm.

The SAP user group has chosen the motto "Work in Progress" for the Technologietage 2023, where they will explore new SAP products and solutions that have been announced or that have only recently been launched on the market. Others are coming out of maintenance or have been spun off.
