• Experience in at least one Dynamics 365 environment (CRM, Business Central, or Power Platform)

• Confident use of Power Platform (Power Automate, workflows, Dataverse models, model-driven apps)

• Understanding of integrations (REST APIs, JSON, webhooks)

• Basic understanding of cloud/Azure components

• BC fundamentals in Finance, Sales, or Project processes

• Experience in the SaaS or software licensing business

• Basic knowledge of AL/Extensions (no deep coding required)

• C#/.NET plugins or Power BI

• Excellent German and English skills

What Awaits You

• Further development of our Dynamics 365 landscape (CRM + BC + Power Platform)

• Building automated licensing, provisioning, and billing processes

• Integration of our SaaS platform Conigma via REST APIs

• Designing Dataverse structures for customers, products & licenses

• Developing a scalable subscription management model

• Supporting the implementation of relevant ERP processes in BC

You will work directly on questions like:

• How do you integrate a SaaS platform into Dynamics 365?

• How are licensing and billing processes automated?

• How does technical self-service customer onboarding work?

• How is usage-based billing connected with BC & CRM?

• How do SaaS data streams flow into Dataverse, Finance, and Operations?

You will collaborate closely with product management, sales operations, software developers, and cloud architects. In doing so, you’ll operate at the intersection of ERP, CRM, and SaaS – a combination that is rare on the market.
