Galileo Tools (Galileo) does not talk about first-class support, but really deliver it. Our customers may contact us by email, fax, our service desk or directly calling us by telephone. Our specialists will share their expertise and knowledge with all of our customers, having signed a maintenance and support contract with us.

For customer support, we employ a highly qualified and experienced team with a broad set of skills. Through the close cooperation with the customers, these support specialists have a detailed knowledge about the customer specific installation, in addition to their deep technical know-how.
